Teachers in high poverty/ rural school districts don't often have mentorship that teachers in urban schools often take for granted. Teaching in high poverty schools can be challenging when you don't have other teachers nearby to learn from or share your ideas with. One way to overcome this challenge is to create an online Professional Learning Network (PLN) to share, connect, collaborate, and learn from educators across the globe.
